About KCDI Jamaica

Kevoy Community Development Institute (KCDI ) Jamaica established in 2009 and a registered Charity in 2020  that delivers Farm Management and  Community Development training programs to farmers and their communities at the national and regional level.  KCDI Jamaica continues to deliver pioneering projects and programs (Interment Operation NVQ-J level 2), (Electronic Waste Management Training) & (Farm  Management program) that have regional impact on the lives of Caribbean People.  These program are implemented with the support of our affiliates .

KCDI Jamaica is governed by a Board of Directors drawn from academia, private sector and civil society the Board provides oversight and strategic guidance and directions this oversight augur well for the organization.   

Kevoy Community Development Institute (KCDI) Jamaica is also an institution with United Nations accreditation “Special Consultative Status” on their Economic and Social Council since 2013 and affiliations with the following institutions:

Mission

Kevoy Community Development Institute (KCDI) Jamaica is committed to the empowerment of rural Caribbean people through agricultural and community development training programs; resource mobilization and social project management; thereby increasing the employability and reducing the socio-economic vulnerability of marginalized groups.
